Preamble
These terms of use regulate the rights and obligations regarding the use of the website located at the electronic address old.lp-clinic.gr, which will hereinafter be referred to as "LP-CLINIC".
The LP-CLINIC website was designed, developed and belongs to the company LP HAIR TRANSPLANT PRIVATE MEDICAL CENTER, which hereinafter for brevity will be referred to as the "Company".

Commitment
Acceptance of these terms of use is deemed to have occurred upon the visitor/user's entry and navigation on LP-CLINIC. This acceptance consists of his/her explicit, unconditional and irrevocable agreement to comply with these terms.
In the event of a visitor/user's disagreement with any of the terms, he/she must interrupt and avoid browsing LP-CLINIC, notifying the administrator, if he/she so wishes.
LP-CLINIC reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time and without justification, while modifications are taken into account only if they are formulated in writing and incorporated into the present text. Consequently, visitors / users are advised to check the content of these terms periodically. In the event of total or partial invalidity or unenforceability of individual terms, the validity of all the remaining terms is not affected. Any gap that may be created in the agreement between the website and the visitor / user by the invalid term will be filled with new or modified terms that will approximate, as far as possible, the legal purpose of each respective invalid term. The above applies in every case and for any matters that are not explicitly regulated within the text of the terms of use.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
With this agreement, you accept and acknowledge that all of LP-CLINIC's content (documents, texts, trademarks, designs, images, services, electronic files, etc.) constitutes the intellectual property of the Company from the moment of its publication on the internet and therefore enjoys the protection of the relevant provisions of Greek and European law as well as international conventions.
The domain name old.lp-clinic.gr is legally registered in the database of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) on 02-04-2018 with protocol number 3154672 and "LP-CLINIC" is a legally registered trademark and is therefore protected by all relevant provisions of Greek and European law.
With regard to the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties (e.g. collaborating websites, members or companies), their protection is the sole responsibility of the beneficiaries.
It is expressly prohibited to use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, publish, download, translate and modify part or all of the content of LP-CLINIC and the services offered therein in any way without the prior written permission of the Company.
Limitation of liability
LP-CLINIC and the Company cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any damage and/or any other negative consequence that may arise from accessing it and/or using the information and services provided therein. All content and services of LP-CLINIC are provided “as is”.
No guarantee is provided by the Company that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided without interruptions and errors or that these errors will be corrected.
Under no circumstances are there any guarantees on the part of the Company regarding the accuracy, completeness and availability of the content of the pages and services.
Finally, there is no guarantee from the Company that any other website or the servers through which they are made available are provided to you without viruses or other harmful components. Therefore, no claim of a financial or other nature can be made for compensation for damage resulting from the above reasons, while the cost is in any case borne exclusively by the visitor / user himself.
LP-CLINIC periodically publishes certain articles with the sole purpose of informing its visitors and users.
There is no guarantee on the part of LP-CLINIC and the Company regarding the suitability, completeness, lack of errors or adequacy of these documents.
Visitor/user responsibility
With this agreement, the visitor/user of the website must, on the one hand, comply with the applicable legislative and regulatory provisions, and on the other hand, refrain from the following illegal and abusive uses of the content and services of the Company's website.
Visitors/users are expressly prohibited from:
- Distribute content that is illegal, abusive, vulgar, pornographic, threatening, defamatory, harassing, harmful to minors or expresses national, racial or other discrimination,
- Infringe the intellectual or other proprietary rights of third parties, including trademarks and trade secrets as well as patents,
- They include any virus, harmful software or code (malware), unsolicited advertising material (pop-ups) and unsolicited bulk mail (spam) that may cause either temporary or permanent damage/malfunction to any equipment (hardware and software) of a computer and electronic devices in general or delays, interference and interruptions in the operations of servers or any telecommunications network,
- Contain a false statement regarding the user's identity or an impersonation of any person (natural or legal).
The visitor / user of LP-CLINIC is obliged not to use the website to conduct the aforementioned acts, which could result in criminal prosecution or the initiation of any civil or administrative proceeding against the Company for acts that are indicatively, and not exclusively, referred to in the Criminal Code, special criminal laws, legislation on personal data protection, telecommunications legislation, as well as the relevant legislation of the European Union, the National Telecommunications and Post Commission, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, and any other Public or Administrative Authority and Service, as well as for acts that could infringe upon any right or other legal interest of the Company or a third party.
In the event that any third party takes legal action against the Company for infringement of any of its legal rights, which falls within the scope of responsibility of the visitor/user as defined in the text of the terms of use, the Company reserves the right to take reductive action against the visitor/user. Along with any claims of the third party, the Company reserves the right to demand compensation from the visitor/user for violation of the terms of use and for any legal consequence arising therefrom.
In any case, by accessing and using LP-CLINIC on your part, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this text are fair and proportionate.

Applicable law and other terms
It is expressly agreed that the Courts of Athens in Greece, applying Greek laws, will be exclusively competent to resolve any dispute, claim, interpretation or controversy arising from or related to these terms of use.
LP-CLINIC and the Company have as a permanent objective, any disputes that may arise from the use and/or interpretation and application of these terms of use, to be resolved amicably and out of court. For this reason, in case you as a visitor/user identify any problematic element or information in the content of the website, please immediately inform the administrator at info@lp-clinic.gr.
